PART I: WHAT IS A LIFE SIGNATURE?
In Part I, you’ll learn what a ‘Life Signature’ actually is, and why crafting one can be invaluable. We’ll also recap on archetypes, and take a look at the journey we’ll be going through together throughout the rest of the program.
PART II: DISCOVER YOUR SIGNATURE BLEND
In Part II, we’ll look at why two archetypes are better than three (or ten), and then you’ll take the Secondary Archetype Test to discover your Signature Blend. You’ll also receive a copy of your Signature Blend Guide (which is specific to YOUR Blend).
PART III: YOUR SIGNATURE FEARS + EXCUSES
Acknowledging the truth of who you really are can be one of the most significant challenges you’ll ever face…and it’s amazing the lengths we’ll go to to avoid facing that truth. In Part III, we’ll explore the fears + excuses that are associated with your Signature Blend, re-framing them into empowering beliefs.
PART IV: FACING YOUR INNER DARKNESS
In Part IV, we’ll take a deep dive into the parts of yourself that you may have forgotten, or are subconsciously trying to avoid facing. With the help of your archetypes, you’ll reflect on what scares you most about yourself…and why that may be the key to everything you’ve been searching for.
PART V: EARLY SIGNS
The truth is, who you really are has been there all along. If you look closely – with the help of your Signature Blend – you’ll find clues peppered throughout your childhood. In Part VI, we’ll explore your calling, and begin to identify the narrative that runs through your life experience.
PART VI: CRAFT YOUR SIGNATURE
Your Life Signature is the story that weaves throughout your life experience. In Part VI, we’ll begin exploring this story, and summarising it in two magical words. These words – your Life Signature – will become a mini-manifesto for aligned living; a set-point to refer to when you lose your way.
PART VII: DECODE YOUR SIGNATURE
In Part VII, you’ll begin to explore what your Life Signature means to you. Why these two words? What is the truth that the words are pointing to, and why are they significant to you? How have they played a part in your life so far, and what learning opportunities have they already provided for you?
PART VIII: CREATE YOUR SIGNATURE BLEND BOARD
This is where the magic of this process really starts to come alive – as you start to see your Signature literally appear right in front of you. So often, we can ‘sense’ our truth…but not actually see it. It feels intangible, something we can’t quite grasp.
By the end of Part VIII, you’ll have a ‘Blend Board’ that features images that represent who you really are at a soulful, archetypal level.
PART IX: YOUR LIFE SIGNATURE AUDIT
In Part IX, you’ll assess whether you’re actually living your Signature – and, if not, what needs to change in order for that to happen. We’ll also explore the ‘archetypal world’, and the part you have to play in it. We’ll discuss livelihood, and the soul-sucking exertion of being someone you’re not (archetypally-speaking).
PART X: FINAL THOUGHTS
Some final thoughts and words of encouragement to wrap up our time together, and support you with your next steps.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE MATERIAL?

The material will be available for as long as Your Life Signature is an active part of my body of work. You can download the PDFs at any time.
DO I JUST WORK THROUGH IT AT MY OWN PACE?
Yes! The material is all there, ready for you to work through at your own pace.
If you prefer a more structured approach, there is also the option to activate a 10-Day Walkthrough of the program. You’ll receive an email each day, guiding you through the journey over a ten-day period.
The only requirement is that you work through the parts in order. How long you take to do that is entirely up to you.
HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE TO COMPLETE?
This is entirely up to you!
I would suggest putting aside an hour to complete each of the ten parts. In this case, it will take approximately ten hours to complete the program.
As the material is all available to you straight away, you can work through it at your own pace. You might breeze through some sections, but dive deeper into others.
What I will say, though, is this:
This process works best when it is not rushed. The more you put in, the more insights you will get out.
This is not the kind of program that you can skim through, for a ‘quick fix’.
It is an invitation to do a deep-dive into your psyche – and the more time you spend reflecting, the more valuable the experience will be for you.

1) Take the test again, and be open to the result (it may be the same, or it may have changed)
2) Send an email to hello@cerriesmooney.com to request the Blend Guide for your existing Blend. This way, you won’t need to re-take the test, and will receive the most up-to-date version of the Blend Guide.
NOTE: The Blend Guides are different (and vastly improved) to the one you will have received through the Initiation Kit. If you decide to skip the Secondary Test, make sure to reach out to me so I can make sure you have the most recent Blend Guide.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE JOURNALING?
The way we explore our archetypes in Your Life Signature is through journaling.
If you don’t enjoy journaling, you’re more than welcome to adapt the exercises to suit your own needs.
You may like to talk the prompts through with someone you know and trust, or record your reactions to the prompts on your phone.
